Amoolya in new kannada film Manasolage

The Cheluvina Chittara girl was the cynosure of all eyes, causing a minor commotion while shooting in Mysore.

Looks like namma Cheluvina Amulya has put the alleged kiss episode behind her and moved on. And good for her, we say. The kannada actress amoolya has also proved her detractors wrong and even put speculation of losing out on fans and her position in the market after the scandal to rest. This, the teenager proved while shooting for a kannada film recently in Mysore.

We hear that kannada actress Amulya caused a mini-stampede while shooting for her latest film, Manasologe. The film’s unit was shooting on Urs Road close to the Chamundi Guest House while the incident occurred. “Film actors and movie sets are a common sight in Mysore as the city has once again become a favourite location for filmmakers,” says our khabru. “But on Monday m o r n i n g , while I was passing by Urs Road with a friend, it was a rather strange sight. People were tripping over each other to get a closer look at the proceedings. On enquiring, I was told that Amulya was shooting for a film. And people were very curious to see her,” he adds.

Director Deepak Urs admits that he was also surprised by the turnout. “It got really tough to control the crowd after a point. Everyone was screaming, “Aishu, Aishu”, which was Amulya’s screen name in Cheluvina Chittara. We’ve seen people whistling in theatres. This is the first time we’ve experienced a volley of whistles when a heroine completed a take,” adds Deepak.

As for Amulya, she’s thrilled with the response she elicited from onlookers. “It’s a high for any artiste when the audience showers you with so much love. And to witness such adulation at my age feels like an achievement. Even when I had come for kannada actress Premism, people showed me the same love,” she says.

Deepak, who’s also her brother, adds that all the bitter incidents are in the past. “A 60-year old man came to me and confessed how his entire household loved Amulya and that he’s happy that she hasn’t been bogged down by the s c a n d a l , ” adds Deepak, who is also prod u c i n g this kannada film.

Amoolya kissing photograph with Kannada director Rathnaja

The latest news buzz is the photograph in which kannada actress Amoolya (or Amulya) alleged kissing with her director Ratnaja. This incedent said to happened while shooting of the kannada film 'Premism' last month in Belgaum.

According to a kannada news channel, a person sent  this picture to them and promised to provide them with more such pictures if he was given ‘suitable’ payment.

The jury is still out on this matter. As expected, all the parties involved are vehemently denying the incident, with Amulya’s mother stating that she was always with her daughter during the shooting and Ratnaja behaved like an elder brother to Amulya on the sets. Ratnaja too denied the incident.

But the picture clearly shows Amoolya and Ratnaja kissing on lips. Google is flooding with 'Amoolya sex' key word. The photo may be fake, only Amoolya can come up with the truth.

The girl in picture looks like Amulya. But since Adobe invented that wonderful software called Photoshop, no photo can be taken on its face value, literally! Anybody with basic knowledge of these photo editing applications can morph any picture to their heart’s content and easily, celebrities are the prime target for most of these jobless Photoshop whiz kids who want to show their skills.

It seems paparazzi is rearing its ugly head in Gandhinagar too. Keep looking this page for more news about Amoolya kissing incedent!!

Here is the latest update!!

A photo of kannada movie director Ratnaja and young sensation kannada actress Amulya smooching is making the rounds. Ratnaja says it’s all fake, but industry insiders are talking about a producer bailing him out from the clutches of a blackmailer.

The Kannada film industry is all agog after a photo showing director Ratnaja allegedly kissing teenage actress Amulya appeared in its midst. Ratnaja (who directed two hits, Nenapirali and Premism) says a man who identified himself as Vijaya Krishna tried to blackmail him with the photo. The director says he received a call on May 14, at 1 pm, with a demand for money. “He asked me for my email ID. I did not respond to him. I warned him that if he called again I would file a police complaint. He called once more and I told my advocate,” Ratnaja said.

Vijaya Krishna allegedly did not respond to the advocate's calls and text messages. “Two days ago, my associate called to say that a photo was doing the rounds. I did not complain earlier because the actress would also be put to trouble for the act of some pervert,” Ratnaja told Bangalore Mirror over the phone. Some say the photos were found on a mobile phone purchased in a second-hand market. The mobile phone is said to be Ratnaja’s, which he had lost during the shooting of the film Premism in Mysore. Amulya played the female lead in this film, released earlier this year. Another story doing the rounds is that a producer is bailing out Ratnaja by buying out all the pics and the footage.

Amulya became a sensation after her first film as heroine, Cheluvina Chittara, became a mass hit in 2007. She was studying in the ninth standard then. She has acted in one film a year after that.

Film circles are agog with gossip. Some say many such photos were taken during the shooting of Premism in Belgaum. A total of nine photographs and a amulya ratnaja sex video are said to have been recorded in the mobile phone of Ratnaja in September 2009. The director is said to have later lost his mobile phone. The phone surfaced in a second hand market in Bangalore and the person who purchased it found the pictures and video.

BLACKMAIL?

Though the identity of the person who found the pictures in the mobile is not known, he is said to have blackmailed Ratnaja demanding Rs 3 lakh from him.

When Ratnaja refused, the person is said to have approached people in the media trying to sell the photos and video. When this demand was not met, the blackmailer passed on a single photo to some people and reduced his demand to Rs 50,000 for all the pictures and video.

SEX VIDEO?

Though the single photograph that is out in the open shows two people, whose resemblance to Amulya and Ratnaja is unmistakable, just kissing on the lips, the other pics are said to be of the actress in the nude. The video is alleged to be of the two having sex.

Ratnaja was engaged to be married last November to the sister-in-law of a well-known film editor. But he broke off the engagement, leading to speculation.

We tried repeatedly, but Amulya was not available for comment.

NAANU NANNA KANASU - Kannada folm review

DIRECTOR: Prakash Rai

ACTORS: Prakash Rai, Amoolya, Sitara, Achyut Kumar, Rajesh, Ramesh Aravind

This kannada film marks Prakash Rai’s debut as a director. Naanu Nanna Kanasu had created expectations also for the reason that it was the remake of the acclaimed Tamil film Abhiyum Naanum. The neatly made kannada film explores the bond between a father and his only child, his daughter. However, any self-respecting television soap director would mourn the loss of a storyline that could have been told in 250 episodes.

Story of the film: Raj Uthappa’s (Prakash Rai) life revolves around his daughter. His love for her sometimes transcends reason like when he gets a beggar to become part of the family on her insistence. As she grows up, the film marks the changes the father undergoes and how he is made to realise the many natural turns of life.

But he still cannot digest the fact that his daughter selects a sardar for a husband and confides in her mother first about it instead of him. There is no unnecessary drama or ‘commercial elements’ and the film is a pleasant watch.

However, the film lacks intensity throughout. There are no bad scenes, only a few brilliant ones. Achyut emerges as the best actor among the lot even surpassing Prakash Rai. The latter seems to be burdened by the additional responsibility of direction. He is good but not as much as he was in the original. Amoolya does her part as finely as possible for her. But she does not add value to the film. The same is the case with kannada music director Hamsalekha. His lyrics(download songs and lyrics here) and music are complementary to the film but don’t make it better.

Kanada film Laali, by Dinesh Baboo, was one film that explored the bond between a father and daughter. So, Naanu Nanna Kanasu is not a new subject for Sandalwood. Between the two, Laali is better. This film will entertain those bred on television soaps and make them realise that a story can be told in 150 minutes instead of years.

Kannada Actress Amoolya

Kannada hottie Amoolya’s character in Naanu Nanna Kanasu will have two voices to show change in age.

Sharp ears will be able to discern a subtle difference in kannada teenage actress Amoolya’s voice in the forthcoming Naanu Nanna Kanasu. Apart from the actress, singer Lakshmi is also dubbing for her character.

“This is intentional. The character is shown at two different ages. One when she is 16 years old and has just joined college and later at the age of 24 doing her MBA. Amoolya has dubbed for the character when she is in the teenage years. She herself is 16 and in PUC now. For the portions where she is shown as a little older, singer Lakshmi has dubbed. Incidentally Lakshmi is doing her MBA,” says B Suresha the executive producer of the film.

It was director Prakash Rai’s idea. This is Rai’s first film as director and he also plays Amoolya’s father in it. Suresh reveals that the idea to dub Amoolya’s character with two voices was that of Rai’s. “It is the director’s idea and only an versatile actor like him can come up with such terrific ideas. But in the film, an average viewer would not be able to make out the difference. Only those who already know, will try to catch the difference,” says Suresh.

Below are a few sexy picture collections of kannada actress Amulya. She looks so beautiful, pretty in the second photo. Love it!!
